We’ve extended our returns policy just for the festive season. Any gift bought between 1st November 2026 and 24 December 2026 can be returned up until 21st January 2027.
All other terms and conditions apply. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
How to return items to us
Send back your purchases within 30 days for a refund.
We have a 30 day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You can manage your return using our quick and easy returns portal. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless items have been declared damaged or faulty you are responsible for the cost of return delivery charges. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through our portal will not be accepted. Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges for any items.
We recommend that you package your return appropriately in a box with sufficient packaging, we are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during return transit. You must include your name and order number in the return parcel.
